Learning to read note values as well as music notes is an important part of Suzuki music lessons.
Playing with other musicians is fun! Duets are even performed in Group Class! Playing together is an integral part of the Suzuki method.

Here the student is encouraged by the teacher to find the right balance of speed, contact of the bow, and arm weight that the student needs to produce a beautiful sound! Playing beautifully from the heart was one of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki's goals for young children.

Christmas Party Suzuki Violin Group Class 2014. We started off with a silly Twinkle.. follow the leader!

Group Classes don't just have to be serious, but they can be fun! We are sticking our tongues out here while we are playing 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star'.
